This track is Lo’s debut single off her upcoming EP set to release this Fall. This empowering anthem of a song highlights a number of things. It’s about taking all the pain you’ve endured in life and allowing it to empower you instead of hinder you. It’s about speaking your truth and not allowing anyone to silence you. It’s about honoring who you are and not allowing anyone into your life that prevents you from doing so. It’s about women taking back their power that was always rightfully theirs’. It’s about being an independent soul that walks to the rhythm of their own drum and won’t allow any relationship to limit them. It’s for the hurt, the healing, and the empowered. Lo’s single is an upbeat soulful ride that takes you through the uphill climb of reclaiming what is yours and refusing to look back.
